We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.

We ship internationally and to almost all EU countries & soon USA + Canada. Beside of the listed countries we currently do not ship to other countries, but we are evaluating additional future shipment locations.

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 2~3 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 2-10 days from the date of shipment.

Our warehouse staffs are super quick, so if you notice an error please email us ASAP with your name and order number so we can
try to catch your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

Simply go to the Track Your Order link on the Home Page or in the Main Menu and input your tracking number to see where your package is. If you need further assistance, we are always willing to help you.

Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 1~2 business days apart.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an
email with a tracking link. Here you can easily view the status
of your shipment. Please note that the individual items in your order may have
different delivery dates and therefore different tracking information. If you

If an order arrives damaged please proceed as follows: Email us your order number and two photos documenting the damage or defect to hello@aromage.shop. In almost all cases, it is not necessary to send the print back, as we do not want to incur any unnecessary transport costs. With this information we can process your request quickly and get in touch with you immediately to find the best solution for you. We have a Money Back Guarantee which lasts 30 days prior to the delivery of your order so make sure to contact us within that

At Acrylic glass, the image is printed on photo paper first and then laminated behind the acrylic glass plate (Fineart). In this process, the acrylic fineart is then finished on the back with an aluminum Dibond base (3 mm).  Acrylic glass images are mm thick.

To create an Alu-Dibond Fineart matt, the image is first printed on premium photo paper, then laminated onto solid Alu-Dibond and finished with a matt layer. The resulting image is now safe from UV light, moisture, and scratches. Alu-Dibond Finearts with matte lamination look great in bright places or in places with reflections of light.

A premium printing process to experience the best color reproduction. The image is firstprinted on special fine art paper and then laminated onto the front of the Alu-Dibond plate. For optimal protection of your image, the fine art print is laminated with a matt or glossy finish. The fine art process ensures that the colors appear even more vivid because of the modern 12-color printing process. With acrylic glass fine art, the fine art print is laminated onto the back. You see your motif through the 4 mm thick acrylic glass.

Both materials provide a high quality impressions. Acrylic glass is used more inhouse and impresses with its outstanding brilliance and depth effect. Aluminium Dibond has a nincredibly strong resistance to external influences and is suitable for permanent outdoor use.
